What we collect, and what we do not
Last updated
Sawgrass Digital LLC runs a deliberately small website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and tracks nobody. The only personal information it handles is what you type into the callback form, and this page says exactly what happens to it.
Scope
This policy covers Sawgrass Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document L26000416936) at 2234 North Federal Highway, Suite 3029, Boca Raton, FL 33431, and the website at sawgrassdigital.com.
It does not cover information collected offline, or work performed for clients under a signed service agreement. That work is governed by the agreement covering it.
What we collect
One thing, in one place. When you submit the callback form we receive your name, your phone number, and your company name if you chose to add it. Company is optional. The other two are required, because without them nobody can call you back.
We also receive the page you submitted from, so we know what you were reading when you asked. There is no email field on this site and we do not ask for your website.
We do not ask for and do not want an address, a date of birth, a payment method or any other detail. We do not create accounts and there is nothing to log in to.
Our services are intended for people aged 18 or over acting for a business. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted the form, tell us and we will remove it.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recording. There is no tracking of any kind, so there is no consent banner to click, because there is nothing to consent to.
We do not log your IP address, device, browser, referral source or how long you spent on a page. We do not build a profile of you and there is nothing to opt out of.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers, we do not use it to build an advertising audience, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Why we use it
To call you back, to work out whether we are the right fit, and to keep the resulting conversation going. That is the whole list.
We also use it where the law requires us to, and to protect against fraud or misuse of the form.
Who else sees it
Two companies, both acting on our behalf and nothing more.
Web3Forms receives the form submission and relays it to our inbox. It is the delivery mechanism and holds the submission in transit.
Netlify hosts the site and, like any web host, keeps standard server and request logs.
Beyond that we disclose personal information only to comply with a legal obligation, to enforce our rights, to protect against fraud or a security threat, or in connection with a merger or restructuring of the business. If any of that happened we would tell you unless we were legally barred from doing so.
How long we keep it
A callback request lives in an email inbox. If the conversation goes nowhere we delete it within twelve months.
If you become a client, your details move into the client record and are kept for as long as we work together and for seven years afterwards, which is the window Florida business and tax records generally need to cover.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to be told how it is shared.
Email info@sawgrassdigital.com or call (561) 288-0590 and ask. We will confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason and it does not cost anything. We may need to verify who you are first, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Because the answer is at most three fields and a page name, this is usually a short conversation.
Do not sell or share
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as California law defines that term.
Some sites need this section because their advertising technology counts as sharing. Ours does not, because there is no advertising technology on this site to begin with.
Business information
We work with businesses, so what comes through the form is usually business contact information rather than personal detail. We treat it accordingly.
A form submission is not automatically confidential. If you need something covered by confidentiality, say so on the call and we will put an agreement in place before you send it. Client information is handled under the confidentiality terms of that agreement.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the form posts over an encrypted connection. The form carries a spam trap, and access to the inbox is restricted.
No system can promise absolute security and anybody who tells you otherwise is selling something. There is also very little here to lose: we hold no payment details, no passwords and no documents.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes on the same day, and the date at the top moves with it. We will not quietly widen what we gather and leave the old wording up.
