SEO & Content
SEO and content in South East Florida
You have been sold this before, and told to be patient by someone who was not doing much.
The one thing to do
Tell us where to call.
Fifteen minutes, no deck, no sales sequence. We call you back within 1 business day.
What compounds
The order it happens in
Technical first, because it moves fastest and it caps everything after it.
Clear the technical debt
Broken links, redirect chains, wrong canonicals, pages too slow on mobile to rank.
One page per thing
Splitting a single services page into a page per service is the highest-scoring change available.
Answer whole questions
The questions buyers ask the week before they choose, answered well enough to cite.
Report both numbers
Impressions and clicks shown separately, so you can tell which one actually moved.
What changed in 2026
Being the source an answer cites is now worth as much as the blue link
Whitespark’s 2026 local search survey found three of the top five AI-visibility factors are citation factors: expert lists, industry domains, unstructured mentions. Content written as a wall of marketing prose does not get cited. A site built to be citable does.
Mentions are the new link.

Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Answered the way we would answer them on a call, which is to say without the parts that only sound good.
How long before I see anything?
Technical fixes can move within weeks. Content and authority compound over six to twelve months. Anyone promising rankings in thirty days is selling something other than SEO.
Has AI killed SEO?
It changed what winning looks like. Being the source an AI answer cites is now worth as much as the blue link, and mentions matter more than links used to. The work is different. It is not gone.
Why did my traffic drop when my rankings did not?
Usually AI Overviews absorbing clicks at the top of the results page. Impressions hold, clicks fall. It is a real effect, and also the most-used cover story in the industry, which is why our reports show them separately.
Do I need to write a blog?
You need to answer the questions your buyers actually ask. Sometimes that is a blog. More often it is better service pages, which outperform blog posts for local businesses by a wide margin.
What is local SEO and do I need it?
If your customers search with a city name or use Maps, yes. It is a genuinely different job with its own ranking factors, and your Google Business Profile carries more weight than most of your website.
Can you guarantee a position?
No, and neither can anyone else. Any agency that guarantees a ranking is either buying a term nobody searches for or hoping you never check.
The one thing to do
Fifteen minutes on SEO and content, and a straight answer.
Leave a number and we will call you back. If SEO and content is not actually your bottleneck, we will tell you what is instead.
We call the number you leave, once, within one business day. If you miss it we try once more and then leave you alone.
Fifteen minutes. You talk, we ask questions about what you are spending and what is coming back. There is no deck.
You get a straight answer about whether we can help. If the honest answer is no, or not yet, that is the answer you get.
The rest of what we do in South East Florida
Each of these runs as part of the same engine. The detail on any one of them is a page of its own.
