Website Build
Website builds for local businesses in South East Florida
A single page converts somebody who already decided to call you. It cannot be found by somebody who has not. That is the whole decision.
The one thing to do
Tell us where to call.
Fifteen minutes, no deck, no sales sequence. We call you back within 1 business day.
In this order
What separates the tiers is page count, not quality
Same design standard and same build standard on both. Page count is not a cosmetic decision, and here is why it is the one that moves.
- 01
A page per service
The number one local organic ranking factor in the 2026 survey, scoring 210, and number two for AI search at 170. A one-page site cannot have one by definition.
- 02
Real substance on each
Two or three genuine paragraphs on what the job involves. Eighty words of filler is the difference between a page that ranks and one that merely exists.
- 03
Linked to each other
Internal linking between service pages is local organic factor number six at 174. It is free and almost nobody does it.
- 04
Exported as static files
Plain HTML. No server to break, no plugin to go unpatched, and movable to any host on earth without a rebuild.
The trade-off, stated plainly
A prettier brochure is not a ranking change
If most of your work already comes from referrals and repeat customers, one long page may genuinely be enough, and we will say so rather than upsell you. If you want the phone to ring from people who have never heard of you, it is not enough, because the single most important on-site ranking factor is a dedicated page per service and one page cannot have one.
Five pages is the one we recommend.
What is included
What you actually get.
- A dedicated page per service
- Not four near-identical pages with the nouns swapped — Google recognises that pattern and discounts it
- A real price range on each
- A range builds more trust than "contact us", and it filters the calls that were never going to convert
- Questions and answers
- The ones customers actually ask, marked up so Google can read them as a Q&A block
- Structured data
- Name, address, phone, hours and service area readable as facts rather than guessed from prose
- WCAG AA, verified
- Every text and background pair measured, full keyboard operation, labelled fields, reduce-motion respected
- Works at 375 pixels
- The narrow-phone case, checked rather than assumed, with no sideways scroll anywhere
- A lead form with no cap
- Every enquiry emailed to you, no submission limit and no monthly ceiling
- The domain and the source
- Both yours from day one. Static export means you can move host without a rebuild
How a website build runs
Four stages, in this order, for a reason.
- 01
Intake
One sheet. The clock starts when your content and photos arrive, not when the deposit does, because content is what the schedule actually depends on.
- 02
Structure
The page per service agreed in writing, and the one action each page exists to produce.
- 03
Build
Against a performance and accessibility standard set at the start, not claimed afterwards.
- 04
Open every route
Served locally, every page and link visited by hand, then three review passes. Nothing ships on the assumption it built cleanly.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Answered the way we would answer them on a call, which is to say without the parts that only sound good.
Which tier do I actually need?
Five pages, for almost everybody. A single scroll is excellent at converting somebody who already decided to call you and poor at being found by somebody who has not, which is why we do not sell one. If we build you a one-page demonstration it is free and it stays free, and the five-page site is what we quote.
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain, the site and the full source code are yours from day one. It is exported as plain static files, so it can be moved to any host without a rebuild. That is what stops a website becoming something you are locked into.
What is the monthly for?
Hosting, the lead-capture form, security and your content changes. Both tiers carry it, on a twelve-month minimum, beginning when the site goes live rather than when you sign.
How many town pages can I have?
Six, and only for towns where you genuinely work. Twenty near-identical pages with the name swapped is a doorway-page pattern: it is detectable, it is what the low-end shops here do, and it puts the whole site at risk. Where 150 words of real local substance cannot be written, the page does not get made.
How fast will it be live?
Ten business days for the five-page site and fifteen for the full one, counted from the intake sheet coming back complete with photos. Content is genuinely the bottleneck, not development.
Will the gallery use stock photos?
No. Before-and-after pairs are built only from real matched pairs of your own work. If they do not exist yet, the rest of the site goes live on schedule and the gallery is added when the photographs arrive, at no extra charge.
The one thing to do
Fifteen minutes on a website build, and a straight answer.
Leave a number and we will call you back. If a website build is not actually your bottleneck, we will tell you what is instead.
We call the number you leave, once, within one business day. If you miss it we try once more and then leave you alone.
Fifteen minutes. You talk, we ask questions about what you are spending and what is coming back. There is no deck.
You get a straight answer about whether we can help. If the honest answer is no, or not yet, that is the answer you get.
The rest of what we do in South East Florida
Each of these runs as part of the same engine. The detail on any one of them is a page of its own.
