This website is operated by Sawgrass Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company (document L26000416936) at 2234 North Federal Highway, Suite 3029, Boca Raton, FL 33431. Using the site means you accept what follows. If you do not, the remedy is simply to stop using it.

Everything here is information about services. It is not an offer, and submitting the callback form does not create a contract, a retainer or an obligation on either side.

Work begins only under a separate written service agreement signed by both parties, which sets the scope, the fees, the term and how either side ends it. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, call volume, leads or revenue, and you should treat any agency that does with suspicion. Search engines and advertising platforms are operated by third parties who change their systems without notice and without consulting us.

Ranking factors cited on this site come from published industry research, principally the 2026 Local Search Ranking Factors survey. That survey is the considered opinion of named practitioners. It is evidence, not proof, and it is presented that way here on purpose.

Prices and service descriptions shown on the site may change. The figures that bind are the ones in a signed agreement.

When you submit the form you are asking us to telephone you, and by submitting it you are telling us we may. We aim to call within 1 business day. If you miss it we try once more and then we stop. Tell us to stop sooner and we will.

The design, text, graphics and code of this site belong to Sawgrass Digital LLC. You may read it, print it and link to it. Republishing it, or reusing the copy or the design for another business, is not permitted without written consent.

Work produced for a client belongs to that client on the terms set in their agreement. This clause covers the website only.

Where this site links out, it links to sources so that a claim can be checked. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or do.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, Sawgrass Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including lost profits or lost business.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from paid work is dealt with in the service agreement covering that work, not here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida, and both sides agree to that venue.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last moved, and the version published here is the one that applies.
